Why I founded Talisman

The experience behind Talisman.

I started my sales career in Scotland in 1994, knocking on doors. That experience taught me resilience, how to approach people, earn trust and keep going when the answer is no. I loved the challenge then, and I still do.

I established Talisman deliberately. I have managed established sales teams, but what I enjoy most is the work at the beginning: finding customers, starting conversations, building relationships and turning opportunities into business. I want to help founders tackle that challenge in the UAE.

When you engage Talisman, you work directly with me. I learn your business, represent it professionally and take personal ownership of the selling. I bring urgency, resilience and a strong work ethic, with clear and honest communication on progress and challenges.
